After working in the beauty industry and interning in criminal defense, our founder saw firsthand how much first impressions can affect outcomes. Yet many people enter the courtroom without access to professional attire, grooming services, or appearance support. Face Forward Initiative was created to help close that gap, ensuring that individuals are represented not by their financial circumstances, but by who they are.
